Who's got the latest version? Someone could easily record over someone else's information. With things, we build that's not a problem at all because we use databases where people are always able to use the latest information and be able to save and read the latest information, so there's no problem with who's got the latest information.

   Also, one of the great things with the applications we can build for you is you will be able to do custom database reports. You can have customer ports including be able to see who your top salespeople are, what was your best product or sales offering last year as far as profit or what was your most made product that you created and which ones have the best profitability? Yes you can do that with Microsoft Excel macros, but it's a real mess whereas what we would build for you, it’s a lot simpler and cleaner.    Another thing you could do with custom applications is you can have a virtually unlimited amount of information that you can keep track of in our custom applications, whereas with spreadsheets, you've got limits on that. And there's only so many columns you can have in a spreadsheet, and that starts looking real nasty real quick and just a big mess, whereas with custom applications, we can take care of that quite cleanly and eloquently for you.
